Case Study: Vince reached out due to his daughter's complaint about not being able to use their bedrooms in the hot summer and cold winter months. In addition, they noticed a moisture smell in their floor level room.

A home health assessment and energy audit was performed and identified a new roof, air sealing, and insulation was needed to stop the water damage and moisture smell.

A heat pump mini split HVAC system was installed to control the temperatures of living spaces and save energy while not being used. Mr. Gibbs noted that after the insulation was installed, his daughter remarked about the big difference and finally being comfortable in her room, which has the attic access in her closet.
