• Heat Pump Water Heater: SanCO2 heat pump water heater w/ 119gal tank. Received the following rebates for water heater and new subpanel: $7600 from TECH and $6200 from BayREN MultiFamily program.

• YoLink temp sensor, relay, and internet hub for load shifting control of SanCO2

• Induction Cooktop: Frigidaire, model  FFIC3026TBB. Use silicon pads on “burners” to protect against scratches. Received $300 rebate from BayREN.
