Did an “electric demand plan” with an electric consultant.

Gas meter has been removed and this week I’m upgrading the main electric panel from 100amps to 200amps.
EV charger
Condensation clothes dryer (non-ducted)
Electric resistance heated bathroom floor
WATER CONSERVATION
Recirculating hot water pump system with button activation
Laundry to landscape system (installed in the house – need to install landscaping system)
NONTOXIC & SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS
Vetrazzo recycled glass and concrete countertops
Matching reused glass pendants from Metro Lighting
Salvaged wood front door from Urban Ore
Salvaged on-site 120-year-old wood from demolition materials of the home (built in 1905) and planning to use it in the remodel, like what Freight and Salvage did on their walls.
Sustainable domestically sourced solid wood flooring system with easily removable planks (Steller floors)
OTHER
Used City of Berkeley roll off containers for C&D and compared pricing to WMAC (Berkeley is ¼ of the price!)
