OTHER
Community Solar! The Cohousing Community had 50 solar panels installed on the two sunniest roofs in the community. Many families contributed to purchase the rooftop array. The energy the panels produce is monitored by a “virtual meter” that distributes the benefits to the various residents’ energy bills according to a formula.
